 送信できずに送り返されたメール
|
|
|
メールを送る時に、メールアドレスを入力し間違えたり、登録されていたアドレスが変更されていたりして、メールの配達先が分からない場合は、システムから自動的にメールが送り返されます。すぐに送り返される場合や、時には数日後に送り返される場合もあります。
ほとんどの場合は、メールの件名や本文が英語で書かれているので、スパムメール（迷惑メール）が届いたと驚かれるかもしれないが、以下の２点に注意して、自分が出したメールが戻ってきたことを確認し、正しいメールアドレスで送信しなおしてください。
(1)本文の先頭は英語で書かれているが、スクロールして後半部分を見ると、自分で送信したメールの内容になっている。
(2)次のような単語が件名や本文に使われている。
